"all the time" it would be hard t maintain it, coz the world demands our attention and sends us many challenges. A great progress is once we have formed a core of happiness inside and when it remains no matter what - this way we do not loose ourselves in that whirpool of events. Later it should become bigger and bigger.

There is no Polish translation, only Czech, when you choose Polish. Someone made a mistake when adding translations. I did a Polish translation but I can not add it to your movie. Where can I send them?

What a beautiful funeral.Though I did not know Shamar Rinpoche personally,I think he was very wise and full of wisdom.I watched his many videos and It inspired me a lot.Nepali Buddhists owe him sincere thanks for his contribution to flourish Buddha Dharma in Nepal.He was always good for Nepal.He donated so much."Om mani peme huh"..we will miss you Rinpoche
